Statement On the Passing of Charles O. Conrad, Executive Director of Organizations Concerned about Rural Education

The National Education Knowledge Industry Association and its members nationwide mourn the passing of Charles Conrad and extend condolences to Joyce Conrad and her family. Charles was a true friend and tireless supporter of rural teachers, children and schools. His work benefited communities throughout the country and led to the modernization of rural public schools. He will be truly missed.
